Refund policy

The Montauk Label offers refunds, store credit, or exchanges within 7 days of purchase for items with tags attached and in original, unworn condition.

Returns may be completed online.

All sale items are final sale.
All accessories are final sale.

Any item purchased with a discount of 20% or more is considered final sale. This includes items purchased during promotions and Black Friday sales.

For refunds, a return label fee will be deducted from your total.
Exchanges and store credit are eligible for a complimentary return label.

Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of being prepared. Orders not picked up within this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.

The Montauk Label processes and packages orders 3 times a week. Orders ship within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please select that at checkout. 

Items listed as pre-order will include an estimated ship date in the product description.
